Kathryn’s Top Picks: The Spruce Cabin

Our Spruce street cabin is my favorite place to take our grandkids. A few years ago we hosted a “cousins camp” and seeing all the grandkids sleeping in the loft, creating memories together was something that I cherish and hope to do again soon!

Thing to do: Play Area
In the summer and fall, time in Brian Head is best spent out of doors. With our growing brood of grandchildren we have updated the land between our cabins with an outdoor play area to keep the children entertained for hours. The kids love being pushed on the swings and climbing around on the structures and trees!

Restaurant: The Restaurant at Cedar Breaks Lodge
If you’re looking to go out for a nice meal, look no further than the Restaurant at Cedar Breaks Lodge. Just a short walk from our Spruce cabin, we have always enjoyed our meals there and can always count on their accommodating small children in our party.

Outing: Chair Lift Rides
In the summer and fall there are lots of activities to enjoy at Brian Head Resort. There isn’t anything quite like taking the scenic chair lift rides to see the landscape of Southern Utah. Breathe in the mountain air and take in the views from 120 miles around! More information can be found at Brian Head Resort’s website. This is a great way to see all of the changing colors when the leaves begin to turn!

Property Feature: Loft beds
A unique feature of this property is the large loft area on the top floor. It’s a great place for kids (or adults!) to bunk together. We also love having a separate area for the kids to play so everyone has space to spread out and relax.

We still have some availability this summer and many openings this fall! Come enjoy Brian Head before it’s covered in snow! Reserve your stay at www.TranquilityVacations.com.
